fucking $950? dude, you can

fucking $950?
dude, you can get a far better equipped steamroller for that.

you guys are douches. if i see you in my shop in going to make you smell the bottom brackets of our burning man bikes.

hello mr. anonymous asshole

Give me the address of your store. If it's local I'll stop by.

And no, the retail build up of a Surly steamroller would be more than the MB. Here is our spec sheet, go price it out.

from harris

from harris cyclery:

frameset $410
bb $25
hubs $75
rims $110
cranks $75
headset $22

that's $700. include a couple wheelbuilds in there, you got ~900. include chain (ooh! colors! $20), cog/lockring ($15), and all you have left is your generic stem, bars, and pedals (wellgo? come ON.) - comes in at right about $1000.

and that's retail. with arguably better cranks (sugino).

but ooh! pretty colors! blank canvas! omg!

i mean, i commend you at trying to separate the trendoid dipshits from mommy and daddy's (or google's ) cash, but still. it's pretty odious to try and pawn off straight gauge tubing as "lightweight".

which bike shop? find out. i dont really want to invite trouble there, but i would be more than willing to meet you at a place more conducive to shit talking, like a bar. email me.

price these out retail

* deep V hand built wheels
* Origin 46t track crankset
* Odyssey Mike Aitken saddle
* 2 Vittoria Rubino 700 x 23c
* custom powder coat

And you'll see the retail cost of our bike as components is about $100 more than what we're charging. What is your email? Mine is zack@missionbicycle.com
